El Viaje de Los 4 Elementos (The 4 Elements Journey)
This is an opportunity to connect with and honor the four elements (earth, water, air & fire) while also honoring and working with the energy of the natural celestial cycles. There will be a different guided activity for each element to help us to connect, heal, release and integrate as we move into this next cycle.
This ceremony started in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico after I was initiated as a mujer medicina/sacerdotisa/guía de ceremonias ancestrales. There have been a number of collaborators in the ceremonies and we’ve been honored by the presence of Huichol elders a couple of times. Our last in-person circle was in Austin, TX, held at Flow Yoga Westgate, and attended by 40+ beautiful souls.
