What is KINDRÊD Meditation?
The practice of KINDRÊD allows us to transmute our emotions/energy and create the energy we want to embody. It’s fantastic as a tool for grounding, for working through challenging emotions, for manifesting and for preparing ourselves for important events (meetings, presentations, shows, auditions, etc.).
On a personal note.
I’ve been practicing Kindrêd Meditation for over 6 years, and it’s been an incredible tool for regulating emotions and working through a lot of challenging moments in life. It’s also been an incredible tool for getting myself ready to be in a creative flow, for connecting deeply with community, for connecting deeply with myself…I can’t say enough about it. It’s one of the tools I used when my abuelita passed in 2020, I used to to support my healing process when I fell through a roof in January 2023, it’s one of the tools I’ve used to move through depression and anxiety at various points in my journey, it’s helped me to develop beautiful practices around body awareness…and the community it’s created! WOW! Our community is a global network of beautiful souls, powerful beings who are doing incredible things. I am endlessly grateful to my friend Devyn De Loera for introducing me to it, to my friend Jesh de Rox for creating it and hosting us all of those evenings in his home in Silverlake and the countless sessions we’ve done on Zoom, and to Theresa and the others who have taken the reigns on guiding our beautiful Kindrêd community into the future.
I feel honored that so far I have had the opportunity to facilitate in-person circles in places like Terra Noble in Puerto Vallarta (Jalisco, Mexico) and Flow Yoga in Austin (Texas, USA). My circles, like most of the things I facilitate, are typically bilingual (English and Español).
